I LOVED this book. It was fascinating and inspiring. Dr. Taylor writes with great honesty and insight and with the non-scientist in mind. I highly encourage anyone with any interest in mind/body/spirit to read it.

This book had been recommended to be by 2 different doctor's at Cook Children's hospital to help understand my daughter and how tiring it can be for someone with her disabilities to just make it through a normal day. I can see her struggle everyday and I know what it takes for her. She sleeps 12+ hrs a day. It is others who I am in constant battle with. The Dr's LOVE this book for all it was able to prove. Let me know what you think after you finish. Thanks!

Hi Beth,

After all this time, I finally visited you website.
I also read articles in "Stroke Smart" and "Spirit" magazine about Dr. Taylor's stroke.

Being a sroke survivor-I found her experience amazing.

So little is known about brain function and how the brain actually repairs itself--but repair itself it does.

Keep up the good work on your website and I will visit and post as time permits.
