It’s 2012, and if you’re like me, you’ve set some new intentions for this year. When I look back on 2011, I see that some of my happiest moments were the ones I spent with family and friends, but those moments were few and far between. So my intentions include creating time with family and friends. But sometimes it’s not as easy as just saying it, is it?

Do you ever feel like you’re “spinning your wheels?”  Like you’re trying as hard as you can to lose weight, save money, spend more time with friends, etc., but still nothing changes? Chances are you just need to redirect your energy.

On Day 1 of my Learning to Be the Change workshop, you’ll learn where your energy is going and where you can redirect it for more positive results.

You’ll spend the next 4 sessions practicing yoga, visualization exercises, guided journaling, and some very targeted discovery processes that are designed to help you find your best self.

AND as a bonus, you’ll get a one-on-one session with me to ensure you retain the momentum you create during your time in the workshop.

It all starts this Saturday, January 7, at Urban Yoga. Are you ready to make 2012 the year you become your true self?

In this workshop, you will:

  • Determine where to direct your energy for best results.
  • Discover where you’re truly out of balance.
  • Face your fears head-on.
  • Create and document your personal mission statement.
  • Learn a simple technique to help your goals stay on track.

You’ll experience a number of discovery processes that utilize meditation, yoga, and guided journaling (journals provided).

You’ll also receive a bonus one-on-one session with me to help ensure you keep the momentum you create during the workshop.
