I’ve been meditating on a regular basis for two weeks now. Every morning at 4:45 am, I wake up, feed the cats (something I learned to do FIRST), and sit down with myself.
Some mornings, the chatter in my head has been almost unbearable. I did my best to listen to the chatter and let it be, rather than judge it. I even spend some mornings wondering what I’m going to write about my experience here!
But this morning, my thoughts began to seem less like a rushing river and more like a bubbling stream. It was only for a moment, but it was there.
