Change Your Life Package (90 days)

For women who are ready to make a bigger investment in themselves and a longer commitment to their goals. Like the Step by Step package, we’ll start with a Quality of Life Inventory. Additionally, I’ll come to your house to help you look objectively at the food in your kitchen. Together, we’ll label high, medium, and low risk food items so that you can make a gradual change to a fully clean kitchen!
