100_0268My specialty as a coach is Food.

“I can’t eat that. I have to be good today.”
“She’s so skinny. I hate her.”
“Oh, well. I guess I’ve blown it for the day so I might as well eat the rest of this pizza.”

Are these things you’ve ever said to yourself? You probably know that they’re all signs of a dysfunctional relationship with food. I can help you repair that dysfunctional relationship with food.

A sub-specialty I have within Food is helping families and individuals that are making the transition into a gluten- and/or dairy-free life. My husband (my partner in this specialty) was diagnosed with a gluten intolerance last year. We can help you learn to live peacefully with your food restrictions both at home and in the outside world.

Since the GF/DF issue is so specialized we have a separate food blog that addresses it. Join us at our food blog, From Cows to Quinoa, for stories about our journey as we learn to cook and pack lunches, to share safe meals with family and friends, and best of all to truly live as a team. We can help you do it, too.
