These types of lifestyle changes require big shifts in our behavior and in our beliefs. Transformation doesn’t come easy, but it comes easier with the support of a coach.
My approach to wellness is a holistic one. We’ll take a look at your overall life management and how each piece of your life fits together. Together, we’ll determine in which area your changes will have the most impact and set reasonable, attainable goals. And don’t worry, I won’t tell you what to do or make you do anything you’re not ready for. I’ll ask you strategic questions designed to help you find your own answers.

I’ll help you through your process of transformation by using a variety of mind/body techniques, including 1:1 coaching, yoga, writing, body work, and energy work. There’s no need to make sweeping changes overnight. Remember that every great journey begins with one step.
I quit smoking more than 11 years ago by using the support system I had around me and learning to manage my stress. Depending on the work we’re doing together, I can see you at the CHC at Urban Yoga in Fort Worth, or we can work over the phone. (Remember, coaching is very effective over the phone, so there’s no need to be in the same room, city, or even state to have a great coaching relationship. It’s all about the connection.)
